New blog post: Camille Claudel (1864-1943) and a freebie
Camille Claudel was Auguste Rodin's (1840-1917) student, muse, lover, model, partner, friend, admirer, and collaborator. And so much more. She was a sculptor in her own right, a rebel for her time, a strong woman trying to get out of Rodin's shadow yet profoundly in love with him. A talented artist that ended her days poor, alone and abandoned by her own family. A fascinating figure that to this day inspires so many artists.
Come read more about her - and get a freebie - on my blog.
