I love HP stuff to:
I do have a silly question/s? Should/Could I use the month and year on each 365/52 layout or do you think it's redundant? I'm not very good at keeping things organized on my Hard drive so I miss placed the LO at least it's on the LO! I got a new Hard drive 2T and moving things over from 1T that I want to keep and trying to organize it.....ugh!...But It does feel like christmas all over again when I find something cool! I can`t believe one can accumalate so much stuff in 1 year......lol! Any suggestions on digital organization or a application that might help....I have a version just under thatI
HP stuff.
One BIG suggestion: if the printer can handle XL size inks ... BUY THEM! ;)
I organize my stuff in files. Example - I have a folder for GingerScraps and inside that folder, is individual folders for each designer. In the designers file, there are files of the kits (each file is the kit name). I'd do a screen shot but I'm at work. I'm sure each of us have a different way of organizing.
I do organize similar to Melissa (Shortcake), but there is also a blog post the GS blog about organizing scrapbook downloads that you may want to consider as well. Here
In addition to what the others have added about organization, I made another file for LOs I want to print...called "To Be Printed" I save the jpegs that are already resized to account for bleed and all I have to when ready to print is upload the folder. Once I order, I clear it and start over. I have the original LOs elsewhere in other files so I know I can come back to them if I need to.

Thank you ladies for the info....and the post on Organize Scrapbooking downloads was very helpful....now I just have to get to it....lol!
What I do with my 365 LOs, is lable them by year, then week.... so my file names are like this: 2011_365_week_1, etc. That way, I have no problem finding them! I used to have my 365 in my GS folder, but I have since then moved it to my main scrapping folder. That way, if I decide to go and participate in other site's 365, I know just where to look!
