Photo blocks!

I love making these Photo Blocks, I made these ones for my BFF Michelle, and there is a tutorial on how to make them at The Hybrid Chick!

So cool. I was hoping they were made out of coasters!! i keep swipping coasters whenever we are at resturants that have them. My husband thinks I've gone crazy.

Did you use an Ink Jet printer to print your pictures? I tried a project once with Mod Podge and paper printed on an Ink Jet and the ink ran and smeared! I had let it dry several days before I did it! Love the blocks!

Crlin - I know when I use mod podge I print my photos on Matte finish photo paper rather than glossy. If you used glossy paper that may have been the reason for the smearing. Not sure...just a thought. I use Matte finish paper all the time with Mod Podge and don't have any smearing even within minutes of printing. Oh and I do use an ink printer as well.

Thanks! I had printed mine on plain paper! That is why I was wondering - I will have to try the matt photo paper. I love how these came out!

Epson matte photo paper or epson premium presentation paper matte...those are the best :)
