We do dark, white, milk, whatever. We're flexible. With almonds or without. With nougat or without. With or without orange, coconut, coffee, toffee, sea salt, or bacon.
There's also fabulous cheese over here but it doesn't travel as well. Maybe you should come to D.L.'s birthday party and get some.

Actually, the sweet and salty is the appeal- in Mexican cooking, we mix chocolate into recipes with chiles- I make a mean mole sauce with chocolate chips mixed in. surprisingly good over the roast beef!
