Hi from the mitten

Hi everyone...silly question: what exatly is a speed scrap, I did look around for the answer before posting, but no dice.

Starting at the top of the hour, the hostess will post your first instruction, followed by 1 more step every ten minutes through the hour!

At the top of the second hour. the hostess will post the last instruction and then you'll have 1 additional hour to finish and post your LOs.

Basically you have 2 hours total to whip up a layout with instructions unknown to you. It's crazy fun!

I'm originally from the mitten, in a little farming town south of Lansing. We are going home to visit family in August. I'm looking forward to the cooler temps!

Speed scraps should definitely come with a warning label- they are highly addictive and so much fun! Good thing GingerScraps has them every day! ;)

When I first came here, I didn't know what it was either so I clicked on one of the threads for one that had already happened and saw for myself. One of the cool things about having all these old SS threads around is you can still use the instructions for inspiration later if you're in a scrap-rut. ;) I miss the majority of them due to time zones but I like to see them after the fact anyway.
