Voted. :)
wow a three way tie. I'm reading the host right now. It's a long long book but I'm trying.
come one Safe Haven :) I got the book already and I so want to read you :)
LOL.. I'm at the edge of my seat, I have the 3 all in my cart, and waiting to check out. LOL :)
Ugh, I know. I always save my vote til the end, just in case I need to break a tie. But, I HATE breaking ties, lol! I figure I'm already biased a fair amount by the time the poll starts (and even more so by the time it's set to end) that it's not fair for me to choose. But, then you ladies go and make a three way tie and I have no choice, lol! So, I chose a winner - Beautiful Creatures (mainly because I'm reading it right now -- see, told you I was biased!).
However, I'm certainly open to using one (or both!) of the other books for next month's if you'd like! :D
Okay I tried to read the host. It's 600 pages long. I read 200 pages. I also took out the audio. I just can't get through it. It's so boring! It's been 4 weeks! I just sent it back to the library.
I'm going to read the last book to Twilight since I didn't even know there was a book 4. Just borrowed it from school. 754 pages oh my!
Still waiting for safe haven from the library. Think I'm number 8 on the waitlist.
Aww, I hate that you weren't able to finish it - I read it and wound up LOVING it (and can't WAIT for the movie)!!! I will admit that it was a bit slow at times - especially the beginning, but everyone that had read it before me kept telling me if I would push through the first couple hundred pages, I'd wind up hitting my stride with the book and have no problems reading it all. I'll admit there were times when it was tough, but in the end, I'm so glad I finished it.
I just read 2 books this past week - both were relatively short, fast reads - and both packed such an emotional punch (at least, in my relatively hormonal opinion, lol) that I will admit to shedding a few tears, in multiple spots, in both books, lol.
If I Stay
Where She Went
Thanks for the two recommended books. Adding them to my list.
