Prayers being said Missi!!!
Sending you and your family prayers, Missi! I have been there with my youngest son, now 2 who was born with Transpositioning of the Great Arteries. I actually made a book on shutterfly if you are interested. I must warn you though, the pictures of him are VERY graphic. They are from the day he was born until he was brought home 5 weeks later after open heart surgery. It may help you understand open heart surgery. You can PM me if you are interested in seeing the book. Looking back now, I have never been more terrified in my life...and never more strong. I'm here if you need any info!
Awwww Missi, I am so sorry you and your family are dealing with so much right now. Working in a children's hospital here in MN, I see this sort of thing on a daily basis, and have seen many miracles, so be strong and postive! You and your family are in my thoughts. Keep us posted (((hugs)))
It's been several days, any updates???
Baby Easton is home and as far as I know doing well and just waiting to start the referral process for his open heart surgery which should be around Christmas.
Baby Skyler (the one that may have downs syndrome) has an appointment (well my niece does really, lol) October 9th with an ultrasound and blood work to confirm or rule out Downs. I know it is not the end of the world, but we are praying it is ruled out!
Thanks for checking on us! I will update once we know more.
You are in my prayers always Missi <3
