I sent off an e-mail to our buying department signed:

"Thanks!
Chritina"

And I saw it as I clicked send and still hit send anyway!

I sent out our Christmas cards last year with matching envelopes that I pre-printed with our name and address and for some reason, I went with Winter instead of Winters! Duh!! :36_11_13:Of course hubby caught it after they were all stamped and ready to go. Needless to say, they went out with the wrong last name. In my own defense, I've only had the name for 5 years so I'm still getting used to it, I guess.

That's not too bad... my cousin's name is Christina, and I've many time sent her emails/texts with "Hey Christmas what's up?"
