Nice work! :)
Ok, it is Friday and time for a check in.
This week, I only lost 1 pound, but I added in some carbs. I was staying too exhausted without the daytime carbs. But I have added in healthier carbs, not junky carbs. I also made lunches easy by cooking up some taco meet and eatiing taco salads for lunch, yummy!!
I am also 5 for 5 on the elipitical this week!! YAY!!! Only 10 minutes, but on Monday my legs were noodles and today I barely felt it. Next week I move up to 15 minutes!
A loss is a loss!
Well, sad news to report today....
MY SCALE DIED!!! So I guess I will need to find a new one, but not sure when that will happen. In the meantime, I will continue eating right, working out and reporting in.
So on to my report: I didn't do so well this week on food (Dang oreos!!) but even then I ate MUCH less than I would have before. I am STILL soda free, I am on week two of eliptical 5 mornings a week and weight training 2x a week. Will try to meet with trainer Saturday this week as well (it is so hard on Saturday!!) So we will see what happens.
So it is not Friday, but I thought I would check in. I did get my scale working again and as of this morning I am down 9 pounds!!
Still soda free and still going to the gym every morning for cardio and a couple times a week for weight training (Once a week with my trainer).
My update: I am now a month no sodas, a month of doing the elliptical 5 days a week, and a month into seeing my trainer every Tuesday and doing my training on my own most Thursdays. AND I am down 11 pounds! Gotta keep the motivation and keep moving!!
That is AWESOME!!

Are you seeing a difference anywhere else?
Any changes in pain levels?
First of all congrats on no soda; I cut out everything but sprite 2 weeks ago and am really missing them. I need to get back on the exercising so I hope your determination can rub a little off on me.
Congrats on the weight loss.
Congrats on your loss Missi!! are you following any eating plan? I used to be addicted to coke (4 to 6 cans a day) and last year I totally stop all sodas. All I drink now is water, green tea and 1 cup of coffee. I don't use any sweets or artificial sweet at all. it was a bit hard at the beginning but now I'm used to it.
Eating wise, I was doing very good until a few months ago , now I'm trying to go back to my "clean" eating. As far as exercise I recommend you to do HIIT it will help you to burn lots of calories even after your are done exercising for the day. Also try not to do the same type of training for too long, your body will get used to it.
Great job Missi!! That is exciting!
