Tattoo Thread!

Let's all show off our tattoos.

Only because I got a new one this weekend and I want to flaunt it all about! hehe

Here's my first tattoo I got when I was 20:

It's a band thing; I won't get too into it because it's all very nerdy, but if you're a fan of Coheed, you recognize it. :)


And here's the new one I got Saturday!

It's says "This too shall pass" in Hebrew. I won't get too into it either, since it has multiple meanings for me, but I have had a lot of pain, suffering and strife in my life (and surely more to come) and this is my reminder that even in the darkest of times, everything is temporary.

Christina! That last one you did on Saturday is in my language, Hebrew. And what a saying it is!
No tattoos on me but I always wanted a few paws running down from my neck :)

still waiting to get my birthday tattoo from april....i am promising to get it once i send girls back to school. it will be another ladybug.
here is the one i got for my birthday last year. i have a rose on my back hip too, but don't have any pics of that one and its about 13 years old now and not as pretty.

The first one is difficult to take a picture of by myself, but you get the jist. The second one was a kitchen table tattoo (amateur) and she was tired after tattooing my brother first (my brothers have matching tattoos on their wrists in Kanji - "younger brother"). So it's the poopy one out of the bunch- looking to get it touched up and added to. The stars I got with someone who used to be an inseparable friend... good thing I still (and always will) love stars!! Adding to that one as well which I am EXCITED about. And yes, I LOVE wrist tattoos.

i am getting my next ladybug on my wrist :) hopefully next month :)

I don't have any tattoo's ... YET! When I get my weight gone, I plan on getting a big one on my back trailing down from my shoulder to my hip, or just on my hip trailing towards the front. Not sure yet. I will be getting a smaller one with my kids names in it too. :)

I love tatoos...but I don't have any! I think I am the only preson of all my cousins and siblings who does not havea tatoo! lol!
so, question for you tatoo people, I have a scar on my foot from a surgury I had at age 15, I always have wanted to get a tatoo over the scar, but idk if it will make it look worse or hide it....what do you girls think?

It should hide it, depending on the scar. My brother had a HUGE scar from a kitchen accident when he was a chef (hot grease+skin=BAD) and the scar was bright pink; he is very dark. He got a solid black Texas shape over it and you really have to know what happened to notice its covering a scar. just pick something big/dark enough to cover it! :)
