I cried both times my kindle went out on me!! I haven't had any issues with my Nook, but I am sure I would cry with that too!!

I too love my Kindle. I have the screen protector and cover on it. I think I would cry too if that happened to mine. Did you get it at Best Buy? We got ours there and got the extended warranty on one of them (the kids') and if anything whatsoever happens to it, they replace it for free. Uggh what a pain in the pattooee.
