I am not a seamstress, but
LOOK WHAT I MADE!!! lol. I'm just so proud that it actually fits :36_1_33:
My daughter got this doll for her birthday, and was asking for Pajamas... and I looked online, they are about $15/ EACH.... sorry, but I don't buy doll clothes that are more than $5, lol....
SO, I grabbed a pair of too tight PJ pants I had, scissors, needle and thread and went for it! YIPEEEE!

Re: I am not a seamstress, but
That's soooo cute! Emma's been asking for me to make her some dolls clothes. I've got a whole box of cute fabric leftover from my last few quilting projects that would be perfect to make some PJ's like that! So cute! Did you use a pattern?
Re: I am not a seamstress, but
That's really cute!! I love it! Very creative to use your clothes!!
Re: I am not a seamstress, but
Those came out cute. Great job!
Re: I am not a seamstress, but
How cute are those!!! Nice job!!!
Re: I am not a seamstress, but
That is so flipping adorable! I used to cut the feet off solo socks and make "tube dresses" for my Barbies.
Your attempt is way better than mine was LOL. ^_^
Re: I am not a seamstress, but
Great job Michelle! There was a time I made a ton of doll clothes for my oldest daughter - it was a lot of fun!
Re: I am not a seamstress, but
Ps, that doll looks like you michelle LOL
Re: I am not a seamstress, but
Great job!! Does your daughter love it?
I went through a phase of making my own barbie clothes. I used all the people I knew to help me learn to sew. It was fun! I'm a total scrap fabric hoarder. If a piece of clothing has some use left, I don't get rid of it. I have so many ideas... if only I could find the time! :D
Re: I am not a seamstress, but
What a great idea!! Thanks for sharing! We have lots of dolls around that could use some new clothes!
