I need a job
I keep making the mistake of looking at all the great things in the store and decided I need a job. I know this is a long shot but has anyone had luck with any work at home thing? I know 98% of them are scams but I'm just hoping there is one good one out there. :36_1_24:

Re: I need a job
Have you tried any of the direct sales companies? If you REALLY apply yourself, you can do quite well (speaking from experience). For example, PartyLite, Mary Kay, Avon, Tupperware, etc. etc.

I have a friend who makes quite a bit selling Pampered Chef. She's made enough to win trips to Disney World and a Caribbean Cruise!

I forgot Pampered Chef! That's one of my favorites! I used to sell PartyLite myself, I loved it!

Re: I need a job
Thank you both for the great ideas. I didn't even think of those. I have 2 problems though. I don't drive and I can't really afford any start up fees.

Re: I need a job
Well, when I started I had a "Starter" party and all of my credit earned went towards a kit, which I then got for free. The driving bit, not sure how you'd get around that one though.

Re: I need a job
I know there are some companies that do their customer service work via at-home employees. So you could do that. All you need is a computer and a head set. ;) I wish I could think of a company that does it but of course I can't right now.

Re: I need a job
I worked for Starwood from home doing hotel reservations, but you have to be in the same area with a call center. But some other call centers may do at home stuff too.
