35 mm film help
Hey friends,
My mom has a 35 mm film negative that she would like made into an 8 x 10 and possibly enhanced/edited. Do you have any suggestions for us?? There used to be a local place that did this kind of thing but they are not in business anymore. Thought I'd ask you smart gals. Thanks!

Re: 35 mm film help
There is a negative scanner. You could scan it in and then enhance it yourself. Or get the 8x10 printed, then scan it in, then enhance it. I guess that only works if you know how to fix images though. Good luck!

Re: 35 mm film help
I know that Costco and Sam's Club scan negatives. I don't know the charge or quality...

Re: 35 mm film help
Gina, did you ever get the negative scanned? If so, who did you use? How did it turn out? This was forever ago, but I can't find anything about Costco scanning negatives anymore. I have a HUGE box of negatives that I need/want scanned!

Re: 35 mm film help
ANYONE in general - I have found lots of negative scanning sites, but I want to know if anyone has experience with anyone!?!
I don't want to buy a scanner and do it myself. I just don't have the time. ;)

Re: 35 mm film help
Colleen, I did end up getting it done at Walgreen's. I thought the quality was pretty good for as old as it was.
