She's a JUNIOR officially now :O
Oh, trust me, I cried. Honestly, our troop leader made me cry more. That, and one of the mom's who told me her daughter came home after every minute full of joy and stories about how awesome I was. :(
But seriously! The day before Mother's Day, so I spent the whole weekend in tears, on and off, hehe
And if you don't know GS levels, the girls in blue smocks and vests? Those are "my" girls. I get to keep five of them next year :D
Re: That is NOT allowed to happen!!
Wow! It's so weird that in just one year they can change so much. Just looking at them, they don't seem to change too much, but whenever I go and look back at my kids, I am just amazed at how quickly those gradual daily changes add up!
Re: That is NOT allowed to happen!!
No, it's two years. Girl Scouts, the lower levels, are two years.
So, 2-3rd grade :D

I know how you feel my little girl is 14! and my BABY boy is turning 12 this week!!! boooooo :( why do they have to grow up!
Re: That is NOT allowed to happen!!
ok, when your babies are having babies you can all complain!! lol
Re: That is NOT allowed to happen!!
How awesome that she is sticking with scouting. It's a great program. I do wish we could chose how quickly our children grow up. I'm still looking for a bubble to put Gabe in because I don't think I can handle the start of Kindergarten.
