WHY???

I'm not big on FB. Yes, I think many people share too much out there. I also do not like if I've replied to 'something', that I continue to receive everyone else's reply too. If anyone knows how to turn that feature off, I'd appreciate it.

I do not have timeline and this is probably different if you do. But I go to the top right and click on home and choose account settings.

Then in left column you choose nitifications.

Then you scroll down and edit what you want changed.

People do that because they want people to agree with them or give them permission to do what they already want to do... Sort of a "validation"... They don't actually want a REAL conversation... and I think they definitely don't want "mom" weighing in... It's ridiculous how crazy social media is getting...
