My daughter, what a brat!

Okay I dont mean she's a real brat....she's very cute and loveable!

I think my children are spoiled with how I scrap. I scrap with more than one photo, because lets face it, one photo might not tell the whole story. That and I take dozens of photos at each event that I have more than one good photo to scrap!! I also journal, a lot!

Today I scrapped this layout of my daughter's 2nd birthday

I was showing it to her, asking her if she liked it when she goes
"Mama, are you going to do another layout?

To which I reply
"I dont know, maybe not"

And she goes
"Well I like it, dont get me wrong, but it only has one photo and no writing. *long pause* How is anyone supposed to know what is happening and why I got that toy?"

So I went back, re-edited the original layout, adding in journaling to the left side (Which I planned on doing, just not posting it online) and now I am trying to figure out if I have enough photos to scrap a second page with more photos (my camera was old and took very grainy indoor photos) since she's obviously spoiled by my scrapping style.

What a stinker she is to comment about my lack of photos and journaling hehe
I think its cute and had me singing, "Dora" all morning!!

Sorry- I just HAVE to chuckle! My kids are LUCKY if I remember to put the name of the child and the date on the page! I guess that just means that I need to go and search in your gallery a little more for inspiration!

My daughter always asks me, when I take her picture "Mom, are you going to scrap that?"
Most of the time, eventually, I will :D Which might be why I get shots like this:

I think it's a good thing that she likes being scrapped. Makes taking her picture SO much easier.

My daughter likes to be scrapped, but won't smile for me for ANYTHING! Go figure! We took 20 family pictures 2 weeks ago, and in EVERY one she looks like she is going to attack! I printed it off just as it was, and put in on the family mantel. Everyone except her looks happy, so I think she realized she made a BIG mistake!

I know what you mean on that. Ethan's like that. He doesn't make bad faces, but he has the most awkward "fake" smile.

What a cute story and I seeeeriously love that scrap! I love stacking papers but I've never done that many--I will def have to stack a bunch next scrap! :)

How funny that she even knows what you're doing! hehe

Maybe the stopping to pose will come with age. Gabe can't stand to be still for a moment or stop doing what he wants to do to look at the camera. If he does stop, he'll nicely ask me to put the camera away.
