I made this for my daughter to sprinkle on the lawn for "Santa's Reindeer"! She loves doing this every year! I used Kelleigh Ratzlaff's Cookie Wrap Template. Full credits are in the gallery!

Oats
Raisins
Glitter or Colored sugar crystals
