The best thing about digi scrapping ---- is you can do it and you don't even have to be sitting up :)

I'm lazy today.....but I'm still getting some LO's done.

I actually met one of my best digiscrap friends while she was bedridden following back surgery. She spent day after day propped in her bed scrapping, no way to that with traditional stuff!

...is that I don't have to talk, just do :)
Nothing like being with the quiet, [well, some of us], and fiddle around ON the computer making the best that can be!
I'm hooked :blush!

Amen to that! I love being able to put on the headphones, put on some good music, and just zone out the world while scrapbooking :D

I agree with all of the above! :)

Another FAVORITE thing about it (and I'm not bashing paper scrapping...) is that I don't have to practically move out of my house to go to a scrap retreat. I can seriously pack up for an entire weekend in a single backpack!! And that includes clothes, snacks, and my computer :) So much easier then breaking my back packing every single scrap item I owned - back when I was a paper scrapper. And with digital I have my entire stash with me at all times. I remember going to crops and packing sooo soo many things, only to find that the ONE thing I need for a layout is something I didn't bring.

and BTW.... shhhhh I do it during work too. And I love the peace and quiet when I scrap and listen to music or go to Starbucks and scrap.... and I love that I can spend time with my husband and watch the boring TV shows he likes (LOL) and not be entirely bored because I am scrapping too - and we are spending time together and both happy :) That's the best too. AND there's no messy clean up.

Oh yes!! When we had crops at our church, I literally FILLED my van with scrap stuff! I don't have near the traditional stuff I used to, but still have TONS!! yikes!

...is that even though I get distracted every 2 minutes by children I can save it for another day without leaving my kitchen table covered for a month. ;)

Sorry Steph - I hope you don't mind me editing your thread - but for some reason when we have a "...." at the end of a thread name - no one is able to see the second (or more) page that follows. There is some quirk with the forum that doesn't it allow it! So I edited that out of your thread! :D

I only know that because I used to do it ALL THE TIME! I kept forgetting! Tee hee!

I LOVE everything about digi scrap!!!
I do want to save for a lap top though, cuz scrapping while "watching tv" with the family, sure would be awesome!!
It seems when I sit at the computer, I end up just working, so I actually don't get to scrap as much as I would like.
BUT if I had a lop top, then I think I could get a lot of scrapping time in!!

I wish they would release a tablet that is square, and like 13x13, that is geared for scrapping!!! Wouldn't that be cool!! You could sit at the table (or in bed) and scrapbook on the tablet just like you were scrapping a traditional LO. Any millionars out there that wat to invent that for me?? LOL

...is when you make a mistake you just have to hit the back button. No worries about cutting or glueing something wrong!

They have a tablet that hooks up to your computer, apparently, that shows on the tablet. Wacom made it. They had some BIG ones at Best Buy that I had to drool over.

... all the supplies.

I love me a good "undo" and I love the lack of space digital takes up in my house (and I was a paper scrapper for years). By far, though, my most favorite thing is I can hoard supplies (just like I did when I paper scrapped) and they're so inexpensive and only take up space on two EHDs (one for back-up)! It's amazing. I used to buy paper supplies and love to look at them and feel guilty to cut up such pretty paper and then it was gone... With digi, it's always there and the scrapping freak inside me likes that. :)
