04.01 - Speed Scrap'n'Chat with Cari!

Guess what folks?? I have decided to try doing *TWO* Speed Scrap'n'Chats each month, so keep an eye on the SS Calendar! :D I'll be here each month, in the chat room, on the first and third Friday of the month. The first Friday will be an evening chat at 6pmPST/9pmEST, and the third Friday will be more of a mid-morning chat at 10amPST/1pmEST. As always, I'll have a fun participation prize for all who complete the challenge!

Our first Speed Scrap'n'Chat for April will be this Friday, April 1st:

Meet me in the chatroom at 6pm PST/9pm EST on the 1st! Instructions will also be added to this thread as we go. See you all there!

We are in the chatroom & hope you will join us .... here are the steps, I will update this post as we go! :)

Step 1. Select ONE photo & ONE photo mask to clip it to
Step 2. Use TWO papers
Step 3. Select ONE border & use it 2-3 times on the layout
4. Add some glitter somewhere
5. Add TWO or MORE flowers
6. Add a TITLE

Now, when you finish, post your layouts in the gallery within 1 hour from now (by 8pmPST/11pmEST) , then post your finished, linked layout in the SS thread. Be sure you also check out the other SS pages & leave some sugar, too! :D

was looking forward to this, but won't able to make it. My twins are seniors this year and Friday night is their Senior Honor Banquet. Their class does something different, the juniors put on the banquet to honor the seniors and the seniors honor their parents and two guests that they invite. So my husband and I will be enjoying a formal dinner with my two girls.

Wow! All these layouts look great! I ended up giving up on mine. Boo! I have the perfect kit for my new self-pic so I'll do it when I get home to my computer tomorrow! I had fun chatting though! :)

Aww, so sorry you gals gave up! :( But I am *really* glad you joined in on the chat - I had a great time!

As for the lovely layouts that were complete, I've left you all some sugar in the gallery, and I'll have your participation prize out to you in just a few here. BTW, I'm not tooooo tough on those who are a little late, so I am very glad to include all who posted layouts for this one! :)
