Installing new fonts

I know this must be simple, but I just can't figure it out. How do you install new fonts into pse 7? I have downloaded a couple of really cute ones, just can't figure out how to use them!

Glad you had success! The trouble with fonts that once you start its hard to stop and too many installed fonts can cause problems and becomes confusing. If I could suggest, some time back i started using Main Type a little (free!), easy to use program to manage fonts. You can categorise, sort, group your fonts, but best too you can use them temporarily without actually installing.

As stated above, fonts are addictive. When installing them into your C drive they take up a lot of space.
I use Font Viewer

My fonts are in a folder on the same drive as my digital scrapbook supplies. I open the font viewer program. Click the tab > fonts not installed and select a font. As long as photoshop is open and the font viewer program is open I can access all the fonts I have downloaded.

Of course, I agree with using a program and not having too many installed. However, if you want to install them permanently on a Windows computer (I don't own Mac), just double click the font. It will open up to install it.
